About Media Tree

MediaTree launched in 2005 with the aim of growing the creative industries in and around the Kent area. Originally launched as MediaTree Maidstone, with an area-specific interest, it has naturally grown and progressed to incorporate the entire county, as interest and word has spread. There is a cluster of creative companies communicating with MediaTree via the website, email and organised events and seminars. In a nutshell MediaTree is aiming for collaboration and growth for the creative industry. In addition MediaTree educate the creative industries to encourage talent entry, the strengthening of supply chain networks, and the promotion of the area as a hub for creativity. MediaTree is a portal for all of the broader creative industries that support media.

MediaTree is proud to be funded by Kent County Council, Maidstone Borough Council, The Maidstone TV Studios and University College for the Creative Arts.
