Pushing the boundaries of advertising

A Midsummer Night's Dream

Advertising continues to push the boundaries in getting its audience’s attention, and art is perfect for communicating the message in a striking way. Pillory Barn Creative worked with the Hazlitt Art Centre and Maidstone Borough Council to create a unique piece of artwork at Fremlin Walk, promoting ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ open-air summer performances across Kent. The piece covered 5m2 of the pavement and took several hours to complete. Shoppers were intrigued and students passing through the town stopped to watch the advert take shape.
