Darkside Pictures complete first film

Whistable based, Darkside Pictures has finished shooting it’s first film “Getting Out” , which will be entered into the film festival circuit.  The film sees a middle aged gangster trying to get out of the, organised crime business; however, his brother wants him to stay, but everyway he turns he is trapped.

The film stars, Michelle Collins, Mark Arden, Lee Alliston, Tom Waldron and was filmed on location in Whistable and Faversham.


Adams Creative wins RoboWatch Account

Adams Creative recently won the marketing account for the UK’s leading remote monitored CCTV security provider, RoboWatch. The agency is employing its full range of services to increase lead generation and brand awareness for Robowatch. Adams Creative has re-branded the company; designed a new website - complete with customer video testimonials; refreshed all of its marketing collateral and is implementing an integrated on/offline campaign to increase sales. 


Director of Photography - Graham Banks GBCT FRPS is awarded a Fellowship
 
Graham Banks, a Kent resident, has been awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society. The highest of the society’s accolades, the distinction of a Fellowship is awarded to professionals who produce original work and demonstrate outstanding ability in their specialist field. A renowned Director of Photography, Graham Banks has worked on numerous television programmes including Torchwood, Lovejoy and The Fast Show.


Coast Communications double win

Professional services specialists Coast Communications has been appointed by Sussex law firm Adams & Remers and Thames Valley accountants James Cowper to develop and drive forward a media relations campaign targeting locally and nationally to the broadcast and trade media.  
 


WFCA kicks off expansion plan

WFCA; the full-service advertising agency (which merged earlier in the year with Ekay plc) has kicked off its expansion plan to reflect its new status as the largest agency outside of London (by turnover).

The Tunbridge Wells-based agency has hired a raft of new staff bringing headcount to 107, and expanded into additional premises at Heathervale House, to join its existing Cobden and Media Towers offices.


Tangerine begin work on Riso UK website

Tangerine has been working with Riso UK Ltd; a printing and copying specialist with a strong global presence, to create a complete package of marketing materials and brand consistency throughout their communications. Tangerine created a strong image across all of their UK activities including designing brochures, exhibition stands and education packs. Work has now begun on the website, ensuring a coherent look across all channels.


In brief

Ground:zero Productions provided video and digital video support to the 2008 Lambeth Conference at Canterbury Cathedral. The service which is held once every ten years, provoked worldwide media interest. The support included six cameras, fifteen 65 inch Plasma screens and close to two kilometers of cable.
